Wu-Yi tea can be found found in Chinese restaurants, and is a common addition to any Chinese meals.

Tie Kuan Yin (Iron Goddess of Mercy) is the most famous Wu-Yi tea in China. Wu-Yi tea is all across Chinese history and folk stories. It talks a lot about it’s delicious flavor, called “Kuan Yin”. The leaves are very heavy and dry, and at first may be mellow. However later on it will release its tasteful smell and nectar.

Wu Yi tea contains a substance called polyphenol, that starts up the enzymes to crush body fat molecules.
